- Closing is 0- 30 days from funding 8%.
- Closing is 31-60 days from funding 10%.
- Closing is 61-90 days from funding 12%.
- Closing is over 90 days from funding or new construction 20%.
Funding at Listing Agreement (Platinum Realtors only, based on list price in Listing Agreement) 12%.
Same Day Wiring Fee to Account on File (ACH is free) $15.
- Gold Level can have one Commission Advance at a time.
- Platinum Level can have a maximum of $25,000 advanced at any given time.
- Advance requests will be adjusted to maximum limit.
- Listing Advances will be based on listing agreement terms to a maximum of 75% of the estimated commission.
- Ratified contracts can advance to a maximum of 90% of expected commission.
- Can always request less of the commission.
